Core Chopper

Turn boxed core images into depth-indexed image strips for import into your petrophysics program.

Core Chopper LogoA system of templates means that you can batch convert images (as long as they are all similarly aligned), saving hours of time.

The picture here shows a typical input photograph. The program will calculate the depths of each box section, remove the surrounding text, box features and scales, and write out six depth-indexed BMP or CGM images for import into another software package.
