An annual maintenance charge covers telephone, email and fax support for LogIC, REP or Q-Scal, and includes all program updates. We are engaged in an active and continuous development program. User group meetings are held at least annually, usually in London, to train users, discuss problems, or to consider new applications. We can also provide individual, in-house training programmes designed especially for a company’s requirements.
